CLOUD COMPUTING!!!

                      When I casually ask anyone what cloud is , I generally get this reply "that is the place          where I store my pictures" cloud is not only about storing pictures,it has many vast features. "Cloud related technology is useful now ,practically every developer is either using or looking for cloud infrastructure in either private or public phase".

                       If someone asks me what CLOUD COMPUTING is ,I would simply define it as- the ability to get things done quickly. cloud computing offers individuals access to data and applications from nearly any point of access to the internet and provides market for hardware and services. The consumers can store and access data. 

We have many features which cloud provides.

 FEATURES:

•  There is no limit to the number of users or resources.i.e,unlimited     capacity
•  Cloud computing is scalable and reliable. If you do not need resources,    you always can scale   down.
•  You only pay for what you use.

Mentioning a few cloud providers    :Amazon web services (AWS)

                                                          :Microsoft azure                                                                                                    :Google cloud

• AWS is the first and the most used cloud provider.
• These are some of the AWS hosting services: netflix,linkedin,facebook,pinterest,spotify,snapdeal and many others..

CLOUD MODELS:

1.  Deployment model :   

•  public cloud  : multiple applications can run on same server.
•  private cloud : we can buy our own server and applications run on   separate server,mostly for privacy.
•  hybrid cloud: uses both the public cloud and private clouds for storing   data.

     2. Service model: 

• infrastructure as service (IAAS) : provides infrastructure to run applications
• platform as a service(PAAS)      :  application can be uploaded and the                                                             required platform will be setup.
• software as a service(SAAS)     : is a software distribution mode in                                                               which a third party provider hosts                                                               applications and make them available                                                         to customers over internet.

By using these cloud models a developer can completely concentrate on his application and make further updates required in his application. There is no need for the developer to get tensed over the security of his application. 

The cloud charges us only for pulling the information present in it ,but not for saving our information.

"cloud computing is not only the future of computing ,but the present and the entire past of computing".
